Caring for Your Pearls

To maintain the beauty your pearl jewellery, avoid exposing
to chemicals, perfumes and extreme temperatures. Gently wipe the pearl

Store Collection Services

In Store Collection

The Yoko London in-boutique pickup service enables you to collect your online purchase from the Yoko London Flagship boutique at 6 Sloane Street in Knightsbridge, London.

How do I place an order to pickup in our Yoko London Boutique

At the checkout page you will be given the option to select “Collect from Store”. When your order is ready to collect, you will receive an email from the Yoko London Team. Please wait for this email before going to pick up your item from the store and ensure you bring both of the below with you:

1. A copy of your in-store pickup notification email.

2. A valid form of identification.

Valid forms of identification include:

  • Passport
  • Government-issued driver’s license
  • Government-issued national/state/province identity card
  • European ID card
  • Military ID card

How will I know my item is ready to be picked up?

You will receive an email from us when your item is ready to be picked up. The length of time it takes for an item to be ready depends on the product category however is usually within 2-5 working days.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unworn items
in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for further instructions.

Exchanges

Yes, you can exchange an item within 14 days of purchase,
provided it is in its original condition. Please contact our customer service
team to arrange the exchange.

Warranty

Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on all our jewellery
against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and
tear or damage caused by accidents or improper care.

Repairs and Restringing

If your jewellery needs repair, please contact our customer
service team with details of the issue. We will provide you with information on how to send the item to us for repair.
