Where are Yoko London pearls sourced from?
We work exclusively with thirteen pearl farms around the globe, including regions such as Japan, Australia, Tahiti, Indonesia and China. Each pearl is carefully hand selected for its quality, lustre, and beauty. Discover our Pearls
What types of pearls are used in Yoko London jewellery?

Does Yoko London offer custom pearl jewellery commissions?
We do offer bespoke jewellery design services. Our expert pearl connoisseurs can work with you to create a unique piece that perfectly suits your style or perhaps a loved one. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Are Yoko London pearls cultured?
Yes, we only use cultured pearls in Yoko London jewellery.
Does Yoko London use natural or lab grown diamonds?
Yoko London uses only natural diamonds.
We guarantee that every diamond used in our pieces is
conflict-free and adheres to the requirements outlined by the Kimberley Process.
In addition our pieces do not use any diamonds which originated
from, were manufactured in or transitted through Russia.
Where is Yoko London Jewellery made?
All our pearls are matched, graded & set by hand at Yoko London's workshop located in the London's famous jewellery district.

Do your items come with a certificate?
Every piece of Yoko London jewellery comes with an authenticity card which features the details of your piece.
Do you offer warranty on Yoko London jewellery?
Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on all our jewellery
against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents or improper care.
Do you do you offer repairs and restringing services?
Yes we offer a repairs and restringing service. If you are outside of your one year warranty we can provide you with an estimate to do the work. Please contact our customer service team with details of the issue and they can advise you.
What grade are Yoko London pearls?
Almost all Yoko London products are AA grade which means the pearls have a clean surface and high luster. A selection of Japanese Akoya pearl products are also available in AAA grade which offers a superior surface and luster.
Can you do custom sizing if I cannot find my size online?
Yes we do offer custom sizing if you cannot find the size you are looking for online. Please contact our customer service team who can advise you on options.
Can I change the colour of the pearl on an item?
We are often able to accommodate requests to change the colour of the pearl depending on the nature of the request. Please contact our customer service team who can advise you.

Will my Yoko London order be gift wrapped?
Every Yoko London order is delivered in our luxurious signature Yoko London packaging which is wrapped in a luxury ribbon. Your order will also include an authenticity card. Click here to discover more.

Can I include a personal gift message with my purchase?
Yes, at the bottom of your basket there is a text box where you are able to add order notes or a gift message to include with your order.
What are your terms of sale?

For international orders will I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
We cover the cost of all duties and taxes when shipping to the USA, Europe, Saudi Arabia and UAE. For delivery to other countries the client will be expected to cover the cost of any local duties and taxes. Read more on our Delivery page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit
cards, PayPal, and Klarna.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free delivery to the UK, and free shipping worldwide on orders over £500.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a
confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier's website.
Which couriers do you use for delivery?
Orders to the UK are sent using Royal Mail. International orders are shipped with FedEx.
Store Collection Services
Can I collect my order from the Yoko London Flagship store on Sloane Street?
You can collect your online order from our store at 6 Sloane Street.
How do I place an order for in store collection?
At the checkout page you will be given the option to select “Collect from Store”. Please select this option and checkout.
How will I know my item is ready to be picked up from the store?
When your order is ready to collect (usually within one working day for items other than rings), you will receive an email from the Yoko London team. Please wait for this email before going to pick up your item from the store and ensure you bring both of the below with you:
1. A copy of your pickup notification email.
2. A valid form of identification.
Valid forms of identification include:
- Passport
- Government-issued driver’s license
- Government-issued national/state/province identity card
Returns and Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We offer free returns policy for unused and unworn items in their original condition and with the tag still in tact. You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team who will provide a free returns label.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, you can exchange an item within 14 days of delivery,
provided for unused and unworn items in their original condition with the tag still in tact. Please contact our customer service

Do you offer appointments?
There is no need to book an appointment you can visit our store anytime during opening hours. However, should you wish to book an appointment Yoko London offers virtual and in-store appointments. If there are specific items you wish to see during your visit it is always recommended you contact us prior to your arrival to ensure we have what you wish to see in store.
